Family seeks justice for stabbing victim

Rochester, N.Y. - Margarita Probst broke down outside of Rochester City Court. She demanded justice for her 32 year old son Lee.

Lee Probst was stabbed to death after a fight at a house party on North Street early Saturday.

Rochester Police have charged 24-year-old Bradford Clark and 36-year-old Shain Maldonado with second degree murder in Probst death.

Both men were arraigned on the murder charges in City Court Monday.

Margarita Probst traveled from New Jersey after learning her son had been murdered. She cried and screamed leaving city court after seeing the suspects who allegedly killed her oldest child.

Thank God they catch these guys that did this to my son, I want justice for my son, my son didnt deserve to die, Margarita said.

The Probst family is from Rochester, but Margarita and her other children moved to New Jersey. She told us Lee stayed in Rochester to raise his young son and finish school. He was studying graphics design at The Everest Institute.

He wanted to do something for the community, Margarita said.

Lees younger brother Carlos said the killing was senseless and that his brother had big dreams and wanted to have a successful life.

Both suspects pleaded not guilty to second degree murder. They are in the Monroe County Jail without bail and are due back in court Thursday.
