Penfield arrest for false personation

Penfield, N.Y. - Arena Arnold, 27, was arrested late Monday criminal personation, according to the Monroe County Sheriffs Office.

When deputies investigated an accident at Atlantic Ave. and Gloria Drive, Arnold portrayed herself as a passenger in one of the vehicles. During further investigation it became apparent to deputies that she was untruthful about her identity and other details.

Deputies determined Arnold had been driving when the accident occurred.

She was arraigned in Penfield Town Court and sent to the Monroe County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
