Sentencing in deadly crash case Monday

Hamlin, N.Y. -- A Hilton man will be sentenced today for his role in a deadly crash in October 2012.

Robert Mastowski, 52, was found guilty of vehicular manslaughter and DWI in a Hamlin crash that killed Luis Alayon, 25, and injured his pregnant fiance.

Mastowski had three prior DWIs, and had a blood-alcohol-content that was nearly twice the legal limit at the time of the crash.

He could face five to 15 years in prison.
