Avoid dangerous conditions during deep freeze
Rochester, N.Y. -- During freezing temperatures, the medical staff at Strong Memorial Hospital said theyre taking measures to keep people safe in subzero temperatures.

- People should take the following precautions during winter storms:
- People with breathing-related illnesses should exercise caution. Lower temperatures can make symptoms worse.
- Never use your hand to clean out a snow blower. Use a stick or device.
- Children playing outside should take breaks and warm-up inside.
