Documents released in Rowley St. arrest
Rochester, N.Y. - New court documents have been released surrounding the arrest of Dr. William Lewek of Rochester.
Thursday morning, Rochester Police recovered the body of Matthew Straton in the backyard of 27 Rowley St. in Rochester, a residence owned by Lewek. Straton had been reported missing in late October.
In documents released Friday, police say that, on October 29, Lewek moved Straton's body from the third floor of the Rowley Street residence sometime between 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. They allege that Lewek moved the body to the backyard of the residence and covered it in dirt, grass, and other materials.
Lewek was arrested on Friday and charged with tampering of physical evidence. He has also been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Police said that they confiscated seventeen small packets of crack cocaine that were stuffed into the toe of a sneaker found in Leweks bedroom. Police said Lewek also tested positive for cocaine.

-Police believe Lewek intended to sell the packets of cocaine
-During his arrest, Lewek tested positive for cocaine
-Lewek charged with evidence tampering and CPCS, both felonies
