DWAI Stop leads to 3 arrests

Avon, N.Y. - Sheriff's deputies in Livingston County arrested three people following a traffic stop in Avon.

Ronald Peacock, 45, of Rochester, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs.

During the traffic stop, deputies also found an amount of heroin, cocaine and hypodermic instruments in the car.

Both Nicole E. Furnari, 22, of Rochester, and Nicholas P. Chiavaroli, 26, of Rochester, were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Peacock was remanded to the Livingston County Jail.

Furnari and Chiavaroli were both released with appearance tickets and will appear
in court at a later date.
