NYS Legislature heads back to work

Albany, N.Y. -- The New York State Legislature will return to work Monday, with a diverse agenda and one fewer member.

Assemblyman Dennis Gabryszak (D-Buffalo) has resigned amid sexual harassment allegations from seven female employees.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo said this latest scandal is yet another reason to push for ethics reform in the state.

Meanwhile, Democrats are pushing to raise the states minimum wage to $9 by the end of this year, rather than in 2015.
