Traffic stop ends with discovery of loaded gun

Henrietta, N.Y. -- When Monroe County sheriff's deputies stopped a car in a Henrietta parking lot Monday, they said they found marijuana, Oxycodone and a loaded gun under the seat.

The vehicle was driven by Tamekea Henry, 25, pictured above. Deputies said she was driving without a license.

Further investigation revealed that passenger Desiree Doneburg, 29, was in possession of marijuana.

A second passenger, Fred Miles, 27, was found with a bottle of prescription Oxycodone and more than $2,600 in cash.

Sheriff's deputies also found a loaded handgun under the driver's seat. The handgun had been reported stolen from Dansville early last year.

Henry was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and also third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Doneberg was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and marijuana possession.

Miles was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
