Identity theft arrest in Livingston County

Avon, N.Y. - An Allegany County woman was arrested Saturday in Livingston County on charges of identity theft.

According to Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty, Ashley Coen, 26, of Angelica, used a stolen debit card at a gas station in the Town of Avon. Coen apparently took money from an ATM using a debit card reported missing by a Geneseo resident on a previous date.

Coen is being held in Livingston County Jail and will appear in court Wednesday.

Sheriff Dougherty said Coen's arrest is in connection with several burglaries that occurred around Conesus Lake. A second suspect, Jerred King, was arrested and is also being held in the county jail.

A third suspect, Jeremy King, allegedly fled the area. The sheriff's office is working with deputies in Florida to apprehend King.

If you have any information on Jeremy King's whereabouts, call 585-243-7100.
