Basketball fans celebrate two buzzer-beater wins

Ontario, N.Y. -- Wednesday night was one for basketball buzzer beaters.

Syracuse's Tyler Ennis hit a 35-foot game winner, and a Section V player drained one from the other side of half court.

Orange fans were already thinking 23-0 Syracuse was a team of destiny. Wednesday night, the club added a few more members.

Syracuse was 4 seconds away from its first loss of the year, but Ennis came to the rescue to give the Orange a 58-56 win, improving its record to 24-0.

At almost the exact same time, at a game between the Penn Yan and Wayne boys, Penn Yans Shane Bloom heaved the ball in from 60 feet to give the Mustangs a 51-49 win.
