Two arrested after attempting to steal a snow blower

Irondequoit, N.Y. Two people are facing burglary charges after they attempted to rob a home on Saint Paul Boulevard.

Irondequoit Police were called to the 4400 block of Saint Paul Boulevard around 1 p.m. Thursday afternoon for a burglar in progress.

A neighbor, while one the phone with 911, says they saw 27-year-old Donald Crowder going into the garage and taking a snow blower. Crowder then drove off.

Irondequoit Police were able to stop the vehicle where they arrested 27-year-old Nichole Niller.

Both are being charged with burglary and petit larceny for stealing a $500 snow blower and a $150 battery charger.

Crowder and Niller are being held at the Monroe County Jail and will appear in Irondequoit Town Court February 10.
