Two men charged for robberies

York, N.Y. -- Two men are facing multiple charges, including felony burglary, after two separate incidents last weekend.

The Livingston County Sheriffs Office said John J. Bartles, 18, of Livonia, and Justin Forkner, 20, of Avon, are being charged with two felony burglary charges, petit larceny charges, and one criminal mischief charge.

Bartles was stopped by a deputy in between burglaries by a New York State trooper who saw a suspicious amount of copper tubing and other questionable items in Bartles car. The trooper contacted a Livingston County sheriffs deputy after he heard a second burglary call on his radio.

Bartles and Forkner are being held in the Livingston County Jail and will appear back in court at a later date.
