Henrietta men arrested for store robbery
Wayne County, N.Y. Wayne County Sheriff Deputies responded to an armed robbery at Ontario Video and News on March 4.
The clerk at the store had been tied up during the robbery, the third one at the Route 104 store in a month, according to investigators.
The clerk described the vehicle the suspects had fled away in, as well as the suspects themselves.
That same day, Webster Police Department officers, as well as Irondequoit Police Department officers and New York State Troopers stopped the suspected vehicle on the Bay Bridge, according to the Wayne County Sheriffs Office.
According to police, the two men in the vehicle, Patrick Liberatore, 23, and Steven Farmer, 20, were arrested with robbery, unlawful imprisonment and petit larceny. They also have implicated themselves in the other robberies that occurred at the same location February 9 and February 16.
Another suspect, Nathan Bump, 20, of Wayland, was arrested in connection with the February 16 robbery at the Ontario Video and News. Bump was arrested for robbery, unlawful imprisonment and petit larceny.
The State Police are investigating a robbery at the store on March 5, and more arrests are expected.
