Teacher accused of stealing instruments
Nunda, N.Y. A teacher from the Keshequa Central School District is facing multiple charges in Livingston and Monroe counties, according to the New York State Police.
Danielle Conner-Willowglade, 30, was the music teacher at Keshequa schools, where she was allegedly stealing musical instruments and pawning them at different locations around Monroe County, according to investigators.
She has been charged with one count of grand larceny in Livingston County, with more charges pending.
In Monroe County, Connor-Willowglade has been charged with criminal possession of stolen property and criminal possession of a controlled substance. More charges are pending in different towns around the county.
Connor-Willowglade admitted to taking the musical instruments in order to buy heroin, police said.
Connor-Willowglades boyfriend, Nicholas Bump, 32, was also arrested and charged with criminal possession of stolen property and criminal possession of a controlled substance because of his involvement in the pawning of the stolen musical instruments, investigators said.
