Man charged for factory bomb threats

Palmyra, N.Y. -- An Ontario County man has been arrested after police said he twice threatened to blow up a factory in Wayne County.

Police arrested Donald Mosher, 42, of Manchester, for making two threats to the Garlock Sealing Technologies factory in Palmyra in the last week.

Security there called police both Saturday and Wednesday after someone called in a bomb threat. The plant was evacuated and searched, but no bombs were found.

Mosher, who formerly worked as a security guard at the factory, was charged with making a false report. He was held in Wayne County Jail on bail.
