Three charged for homemade explosives

Seneca Falls, N.Y. -- Police arrested three people for making explosives inside a Seneca Falls apartment.

Police found suspicious items later determined to be homemade explosive devices made from common household materials and chemicals at Lakeview Heights during an investigation in February.

They charged Steven Gaudu, 19, Charles VonRapacki, 27, and Bradley Zettlemoyer, 22, with second-degree reckless endangerment.

The three men were taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on bail or bond. They are scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court April 3.
