No city council vote on food trucks

Rochester, N.Y. Thursday evening, Rochester City Council did not act on a request to order food trucks to shut down before 2 a.m.

Mayor Lovely Warren and acting Police Chief, Michael Ciminelli argued food trucks cause people to stick around the East End and Monroe Avenue and that could lead to police overtime after bars close.

City Council is set to vote on extending food truck permits at the end of the month.
