Possible link between stabbing and shooting
Rochester, N.Y. Rochester Police Department officers responded to Rochester General Hospital for two separate calls around 2 a.m. Sunday, one for a stabbing victim, and one for a shooting victim.
The stabbing victim, a 27-year-old male of Rochester, was brought to Rochester General Hospital by private vehicle after an incident that occurred on North Clinton Avenue.
The 19-year-old male shooting victim, also a Rochester resident, was possibly shot at the same location, after it was first reported that he was shot on East Ridge Road, police said.
Both victims injuries are not life threatening.
Police are investigating both incidents to see if they are at all related.
