UPDATE: Deputy mayor arraignment postponed
UPDATE at 10:21 a.m. : Leonard Redon's arraignment has been postponed. It is now scheduled for Thursday.
Rochester, N.Y. -- The city's deputy mayor is scheduled to be arraigned in court on DWI and speeding charges Tuesday.
Police arrested Leonard Redon March 19 after they said he was speeding on Interstate 490 near Clinton Avenue.
Redon submitted his resignation the next day, but Mayor Lovely Warren didn't accept it.
Redon said diabetes affected his blood-alcohol content.
