Woman charged for DWI 3 times legal limit
Batavia, N.Y. -- New York State Police charged a Pembroke woman with DWI Tuesday after her blood-alcohol content registered three times the legal limit.
Troopers said they observed a vehicle weaving in the road in the town of Batavia Tuesday.
After stopping the car, the driver, Jamie Rennicks, 30, was given a standard field sobriety testing, which she failed.
Rennicks was taken to the state police barracks in Batavia, where she registered a .24 BAC.
Rennicks was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, along with several other vehicle and traffic charges.
She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia Court May 1.
