Bills stadium committee to hold first meeting
Buffalo, N.Y. -- A committee looking into a potential new stadium for the Buffalo Bills will meet for the first time Tuesday.
The 20-member group, known as the New Stadium Work Group, includes Lt. Gov. Bob Duffy, Sen. Chuck Schumer and several Bills executives. It was formed as part of a 10-year stadium lease agreement between the state and Erie County in December 2012.
It will help decide whether to eventually build a new stadium on the current site of Ralph Wilson Stadium in Orchard Park or another location in the county.
