Dawn Nguyen found guilty

Rochester, N.Y.- After four hours of deliberation,  jurors found Dawn Nguyen guilty of falsifying business records, a first degree charge.

She faces a maximum of four years in prison.

Nguyen is accused of providing the weapons William Spengler used to kill his sister and two firefighters on Christmas Eve, 2012.

Early Tuesday, jurors spent several hours analyzing testimony from Vincent Petralis, the Monroe County Jail Deputy and poker friend of Nguyen.

The day of the ambush they traded a series of texts and calls. Petralis testified he received a text from her phone saying the guns that were purchased to kill those people were by "Me".

Nguyen's lawyer requested that she be released until sentencing, however the judge denied that request.

Sentencing is scheduled for May.
