Bills fan granted jury trial

Orchard Park, N.Y. (AP) -- A jury trial has been granted to the Buffalo Bills fan who landed on another spectator, injuring him, after falling from the upper deck at Ralph Wilson Stadium while sliding down a railing.

Local media report that an Orchard Park Town Court justice on Thursday granted Robert Hopkins' request for a jury trial on assault and reckless endangerment charges.

Jury selection is scheduled to start June 11th.
