Henrietta woman arrested on multiple charges

Henrietta, N.Y. New York State Troopers out of Henrietta responded to a Mobil gas station in the Scottsville service area May 1 for several complaints of fraudulent credit card transactions.

After the investigation, State Police investigators arrested Alexis Rosby, 22, of Henrietta, who was an employee of the gas station.

According to investigators, Rosby was using credit card numbers on several occasions for different transactions that totaled into the thousands of dollars.

Rosby was charged with several things, including: grand larceny, three counts of identity theft, falsifying business records, and unlawful possession of personal ID, police said.

Rosby was arraigned in the Town of Henrietta court, and will return at a later date.
