City streets reopen after possible chemical spill

Rochester, N.Y. -- North Goodman and East Main streets reopened Friday morning after being closed for a possible chemical spill.

Rochester firefighters said a small carbon dioxide leak was detected from a car on a train near the intersection of the two streets.

People living nearby were evacuated as a precaution. The intersection was shut down while hazmat crews investigated.

No one was injured.
