Neighbors to discuss Charlotte port development

Rochester, N.Y. -- Two community groups will meet Monday night to address neighbors concerns about planned developments at the Port of Rochester.

The group Environmental Quality will answer questions about the project from neighbors during Monday nights Charlotte Community Association meeting.

The $73 million development project would include condos, townhouses, a hotel and conference center, and commercial space. Developer Edgewood was picked by city leaders for the project, but no formal agreement has been signed yet.

The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Roger Robach Community Center on Beach Avenue.
