Deal will re-energize western NY power plant

Dunkirk, N.Y. (AP) -- State regulators have approved a deal that will re-energize a western New York power plant.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo says the $140 million agreement between National Grid and NRG assures its operation for 10 years with added capability to generate 435 megawatts of power.
