Marina restaurant opens after raid

A Charlotte restaurant that was raided during an investigation into a suspected gambling ring has reopened.

The Marina Restaurant & Bar reopened on Friday.  It shut down Wednesday while Rochester Police searched it as part of the gambling investigation.

Paul Borrelli, 66 and Joseph Ruff, 32, managers at the restaurant, were arrested and charged with running an illegal gambling operation.

Both men pleaded not guilty.

Another man, Mark Ruff, 40, from Connecticut also pleaded not guilty.
