Woman accused of trying to run over man

Lakeville, N.Y. - A Livingston County woman is facing charges after deputies said she tried to intentionally run someone over with a vehicle.

Livingston County Sheriff's deputies said that 19-year-old Misty Nardone of Livonia was involved in a fight with a man at a Lakeville gas station on Tuesday. They said that the fight spilled into Freedom Pond Park where she allegedly chased the man with her vehicle in an attempt to run him over.

As she allegedly did this, deputies said that Nardone drove through a fence and into a restricted area of the park.

She was arraigned in Livonia Town Court and remanded to Livingston County Jail.

In addition to vehicular charges, she is also facing child endangerment charges for having a 15-year-old in the vehicle at the time of the incident.
