Rochester, N.Y. A Rochester man pleaded guilty Friday to charges of possessing child pornography, a charge that carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison, a fine of $250,000, or both, according to U.S. Attorney William Hochul, Jr.

According to Assistant U.S. Attorney Bradley Tyler, between July and November of 2011, Zachary Dressner used his home computer to download sexually explicit images of children under 16 years old.
