Red Wings open another ticket window

The Red Wings announced plans Thursday to open a new, two-window ticket office along Plymouth Avenue to alleviate long lines.

The Plymouth Avenue Ticket Office, located next to the old firehouse in left field, will open for the first time this Friday night, June 13.

The opening of this new ticket office is going to be a huge advantage to our fans especially those that typically park in the Plymouth Avenue lot, said Dan Mason, Red Wings General Manager. The addition of this new ticket office means shorter lines and quicker access into the ballpark for all fans on our busiest nights during the summer.

The Plymouth Avenue Ticket Office will have every capability of the current Ticket Office and remain open Fridays and Saturdays for the rest of the season.

It will open 30 minutes prior to gates opening and will close at the end of the third inning on every Friday and Saturday for the rest of the summer.

The ticket office will be closed Sunday-Thursday with a few scheduled exceptions -- including Sunday, June 15 (Fathers Day) and Sunday, July 6 (Bark in the Park).

The hours of the main Frontier Field Ticket Office will remain unchanged.
