Henrietta man sentenced for producing child pornography
Henrietta, N.Y. A Henrietta man was charged with producing, distributing and possessing child pornography.
In an announcement Monday, Assistant U.S. Attorney Marisa Miller said Bradley Pattee, 57, was sentenced to 47 years in prison.
According to Miller, a search of Pattees residence found child pornography on computers, hard drives and removable media. During the investigation, law enforcement agents discovered proof that Pattee took pictures of a child under the age of 18, engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Todays punishment sends a strong message, if you engage in crime that could have lifelong effects on our children, you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent, said U.S. Attorney Hochul. As todays punishment shows, such conduct could also result in a lengthy sentence from the court.
The arrest was brought as a part of Project Safe Childhood.
