Teens accused of breaking into Medley Centre in court

Irondequoit, N.Y. Eight teens accused of breaking into the Medley Centre accepted plea deals when they appeared in court Tuesday.

All of the offenders who are under 18 will have to go through probation to be sure they are all under 18 in order to qualify for youthful offender status.

The 19-year-old involved will get the same deal, but will not have a sealed record.

All eight of the teens will begin the 80 hours of community service before their plea hearing on August 5.

They will also each have to pay $377 in restitution.
