Rochester man's license suspended 31 times

Livonia, NY- A Rochester man is facing a felony charge for driving with a suspended license. 

Richard Zimmermann, 23, was arrested June 30 in the Town of Livonia after a traffic stop.

The Livingston County Sheriff's Deputies say Zimmermann's New York State Driver's License has been suspended/revoked 31 times. 

Zimmerman also failed to answer a summons or pay a fine 27 times.

Zimmerman is charged with Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the First Degree.

He was arraigned in Livonia and will appear in court at a later date.
