Kendall man arrested for DWI at police station
Albion, N.Y. - An Albion man was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, after he showed up to a police station under the influence.
New York State Police in Albion said John Manners, 33, arrived at their station to pick up someone being released on a separated, unrelated charge.
During the interview process, Manners had a strong odor of alcohol and glassy eyes. Police ran the Kendall man through standard field sobriety tests, which he failed.
Police placed him under arrest and Manners refused to submit to a breath test.
This is Manners second DWI in a 10 year period.
