Seneca Falls stalker arrested

Seneca Falls, N.Y. - Investigators arrested a Seneca Falls man Tuesday for stalking a Waterloo woman.

Seneca County Sheriff investigators said Cody Claeys, 24, has been charged with stalking and petit larceny. The charges come after five separate incidents starting in May of 2013.

Claeys allegedly entered a business in the town of Waterloo, stole three photographs of the woman's eight-year-old daughter, left notes for the woman, and took pictures of other photographs in her office.

Claeys was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and given a full stay away order of protection from the woman and her daughter.

According to investigators, Claeys is scheduled to appear in court to answer the charges on August 14.
