A Georgia man accused in the hot car death of his 22-month-old son was in court today.
A judge will determine if there is enough evidence to support murder and child cruelty charges.
Justin Harris told police he was supposed to drive his son, Cooper, to day care, but forgot about him and drove to work. However, police it was deliberate and that he even went to his car while at work but didnt remove his son.
Police also say Harris and his wife searched the internet on how hot a car needed to be to kill a child.
The couple is believed to have financial problems and has two insurance policies on their son.
The parents of severely autistic boy in California were arrested after investigators determined that the 11-year-old had been kept in a large metal cage.
Family members gave police varying accounts of how long he had been kept in it, ranging from hours to days.

Crews safely rescued a horse that fell into a sinkhole near a gated ranch in Tennessee.
The horse, named Boomer, was sedated during the rescue and was sleeping comfortably soon after.
A wrecking service had to be used to lift Boomer out of the hole.
