Rochester man indicted for threatening president

Rochester, N.Y. A Rochester man was indicted Tuesday with making a threat to kill President Barack Obama, Governor Andrew Cuomo and Lieutenant Governor Robert Duffy, U.S. Attorney William Hochul, Jr. announced.

According to the indictment, Brandon Correa, 30, posted the threats online. When interviewed, Correa told a Secret Service Agent that President Obama was evil and had to die.

Correa is due back in court at a later date.
