Debate over wine distributors at fair

Some wineries at New York's State Fair are crying foul over a new policy.

This year, wine distributors, in addition to local self-staffed wineries, are allowed to set up shop at the fair.

Some winery owners say it’s hurting their business.

"It's been down a little. I think they added some wineries and the amount of people coming in is the same as that’s hurting some of the older wineries," says Leon Hurlbut with Ashley Lynn Winery.

"There's controversy anytime but business is business and we’re doing what the wineries have asked us to do," says Joy Aukema with ROC Marking Events.

The State Fair runs through Monday.
