Deputy Mayor DWI case going to trial

Rochester, N.Y. – Rochester’s Deputy Mayor is taking his DWI case to trial.

Leonard Redon refused a plea deal Wednesday.

Back in March, officers say Redon failed four field sobriety tests.

Days before his arrest, Redon learned that he had diabetes which, he says, may have impaired his decision making.
