Less rowdiness after Puerto Rican Festival

Rochester, N.Y. - Rochester Police said that, overall, there were fewer incidents following this year's Puerto Rican Festival. Further details on what incidents did occur are expected to be released Monday.

No injuries were reported, but at least one police car was damaged when someone threw an object at the windshield.

People waving flags and dancing, on occasion, poured into the streets.

Only one person has been arrested so far. Several others received traffic citations.
