E-cigarettes a last resort for quitting smoking

The American Heart Association says that electronic cigarettes should be illegal to minors and only used as a last resort to quit smoking.

A new survey shows 236,000 middle and high school students who have never smoked before are using e-cigarettes, a number that has tripled since 2011.

The American Heart Association is strongly urging the Food and Drug Administration to regulate e-cigarettes and a delay could cause public health consequences.
