James Marsh, 73, was found guilty of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute prescription drugs as well as fraudulently obtain prescription drugs.

This case demonstrates one of the ways in which powerful and addictive prescription opiates enter the black market world of illegal narcotic traffickers, said U.S. Attorney Hochul in a statement.
