Man significantly burned in city fire
Rochester, N.Y. – A house fire on Cayuga Street left one man with significant burns on Saturday afternoon.
Crews put out the fire within ten minutes.
Most of the damage was inside the home.
Firefighters weren’t hurt, but the man inside is now at Strong Memorial Hospital.
“He got out by himself. The truck company here found him next door at the neighbor’s house so they starting administering first aid to him right away.” said George Peterson, Jr. of the Rochester Fire Department.
Investigators are now trying to determine what caused the fire.
