Man killed in campus fight remembered

Rochester, N.Y. - The spirit of a young man killed at a local college frat party lives on through an activity he loved.
Video games.

A Gamers Nostalgia on Culver Road in Rochester is hosting a game-a-thon in honor of Jeffrey Bordeaux.

Bordeaux was killed in a fight on the University of Rochester campus in 2011.
The benefit raises money for the scholarship foundation named after him.

"The past couple years they (his friends) ran his basketball classic," said Christopher Williams, owner of A Gamers Nostalgia. "Some of his friends moved on and they didn't really know what to do with the event this year. I found out jeffrey was a big gamer so, I have a video game store, it would be a great opportunity for people to come out, enjoy themselves, and do something that Jeffrey loved to do too."

The event continues Sunday from 11am to 6pm.
