Local athletes sign letters of intent (updated: 11/20)

National signing day isn't until year, but local athletes are already starting to take the next step in their athletic, and academic careers.

Multiple high school athletes have already signed their letters of intent this week, and the list will continue to grow.

HF-L's Megan Breau signed to play lacrosse at Niagara University.

Churchville-Chili had four signees on Tuesday. Sam Egan will wrestle for Division I Wyoming, Trevor Hodgins will play lacrosse at Ohio State, Justin Ferraraccio will play lacrosse for Roberts Wesleyan, and Jake Mortier will play lacrosse at LeMoyne.

UPDATE: Mercy's Terese Cannon signed her letter of intent to Georgetown University on Wednesday, November 20th.

Webster Thomas and Schroeder also had a great week, as four girls lacrosse players from the Webster district signed their NLIs. Claire Bollin (Schroeder) will be attending Canisius College. Emily Foster (Schroeder) will head to St. Bonaventure. Nicole Nelson (Thomas) committed to Canisius, and Ali Orsini (Schroeder) will attend Florida Southern University.
