Bon Jovi interested in buying Buffalo Bills?

Buffalo, N.Y. - Jon Bon Jovi and the Buffalo Bills. They don't usually show up in the same sentence. Until now.

CBS Sports is reporting that the musician is interested in buying the team.

The report said Bon Jovi's spent a lot of time in the Buffalo area, getting to know politicians and other power brokers.

Bon Jovi was part of a group that founded an Arena Football League team, and he's mentioned in the past wanting to own an NFL team. He almost became a minority owner of the Atlanta Falcons as well.

Ralph Wilson, who is 95 years old, currently owns the Bills, and the team will go to the market when Wilson passes.

Making things even more interesting is talk of Bon Jovi partnering with business partners in Toronto and bringing the team to Canada. The Toronto Star reports that the singer is good friends with the CEO of Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment.
