Bills pack their bags, reflect on 2013
After another 6-10 season, the Buffalo Bills said their goodbyes, cleaned out their lockers, and officially closed the book on 2013.
There will undoubtedly be changes this offseason, but perhaps the most likely player to go will be safety Jairus Byrd. Bills general manager Doug Whaley said the team would like to retain its Pro Bowl safety, but doing so may be difficult. Fellow safety Aaron Williams left a signed jersey in Byrd's locker, thanking him and wishing him luck in the future.
Outside of Byrd, the vast majority of this team is coming back. But for the third straight year, the Bills finished with a 6-10 record. But team captains Fred Jackson and Eric Wood, who played on each of the previous six win teams said this year is different, and they can't wait to get started on 2014.
