Pendrith wins Monroe Invitational

Canadians Taylor Pendrith and Garrett Rank topped the leaderboard at the final round of the Monroe Invitational for 17 holes Saturday. But after the 18th, it was Pendrith alone in first on a board that featured 4 Canadian countrymen inside the top 6.

Louisville's Trevor Sluman, a McQuaid graduate, was the low-scoring local golfer, finishing the tournament at 6-under par, in sole possession of seventh place.

Pittsford-natives Gavin Hall and Jack Gianniny also finished inside the top 30.
