Crime Stoppers: When to call 911 during winter

In this week's installment of Crime Stoppers, we talk to Christopher Martin, training director at the Monroe County Emergency Communications Center, about when you should or shouldn't call 911 to report something during the winter months.

We also call your attention to Dylan Perry, wanted for grand larceny and possession of a forged instrument. If you have any information on his whereabouts, you're asked to call Crime Stoppers at 423-9300.
